1. Our Guarantee
At ESTELLEVE, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to travel lighter and happier. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and unwashed.

With original tags and packaging included.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Note: Gift cards and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at [support@estelleve.com] with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
5. The "Estelleve Warranty"
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects, specifically regarding:

Zipper malfunctions.

Seam or stitching failures.

Structural defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage (e.g., scratches, stains from spills), or damage caused by improper care (e.g., machine washing without following instructions).
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
